auf die 2 Böden verteilen , mit Mandelscheiben bestreuen und bei 150 °C ca. 30 - 45 min. backen .

Saft von 1 1/2 Zitronen mit Wasser bis zu 1/8 l auffüllen . Das ganze mit 125 g Zucker aufkochen lassen , mit 2 1/2 TL Mondamin binden und abkühlen lassen .

1/2 l Sahne
1 Pck. Vanillinzucker steif schlagen .
Die Füllung zwischen die zwei gebackenen Böden geben .

200g süße Sahne, nicht geschlagen
200g Zucker
400g Mehl
1 knappes Backpulver
4 Eier
das ganze nach erfolgtem Rühren auf dem Blech ca. 20 Minuten bei 170° Umluft backen.
Belag:
200 g gehobelte Mandeln
Zucker nach Belieben (ich nehme immer ca. 100g, das karamellisiert so schön)
ca. 50 g Margarine (das ist auch eher pi mal Daumen)
und etwas Milch (ca. 2 EL)
aufkochen, dann auf den gebackenen Kuchen verteilen und nochmals ca. 20 Minuten backen - Achtung: der Belag tröpfelt gern und der Backofen ist danach immer ziemlich schmutzig, aber der Kuchen schmeckt lecker. Je mehr Mandeln und Zucker, desto besser.
Den Kuchen mit geschlagener Sahne essen, super.
